Novotel's Sous Chef shares his Secrets

Time for Paddington recently arranged for Sadaqat, the Sous Chef from the Novotel London Paddington, to share his secrets and run a class on how to bake delicious sable biscuits for members of the local community.

These cooking sessions support the women of Made in Marylebone, a social enterprise run out of the Marylebone Project, with their cooking skills as well as boosting their confidence.

The Marylebone Project supports vulnerable homeless women towards independent living by equipping them to make informed decisions about their lives.

After the baking demonstration, the residents and volunteers from Novotel shared afternoon tea and their freshly baked biscuits!
