Delicious pastires await in Paddington at Mille Patisserie, where fresh gâteaux mille crêpes are prepared each day by the on-site patissiere. The mille crêpe, popularised by Kova Patisserie in
Soho, consists of layers of gossamer crêpes, separated by flavoured crème
pâtissière and stacked to form a delicious cake. The result is simple and sumptuous and
an Instagram hit.
Mille Patisserie uses Valhrona chocolate, Sicilian lemons, Kyoto matcha and Nagoya sesame to flavour and top its mouthwatering chocolate, lemon, matcha, and sesame gâteaux. The sesame is ground in-house; lemons are juiced by hand and chocolate is melted while you wait.
