CÉ LA VI lands at Paddington Square
This autumn, CÉ LA VI, the modern Asian rooftop brand, has chosen Paddington for its much-anticipated European debut. Occupying the top two floors of the Renzo Piano-designed landmark, the venue is accessed by a breath-taking, private external glass lift.
Each floor offers a distinct dining experience. On the 17th floor, the restaurant and bar come alive with energy from midday until late, evolving throughout the day from elegant lunches and post-work drinks to sultry dinners and late-night cocktails. An open central bar anchors the space, where the bar team craft cocktails with an Asian sensibility—think reimagined classics elevated with regional ingredients and seasonal twists. On the 18th floor, a more intimate experience awaits. A private dining room for up to 14 guests offers floor-to-ceiling views over Paddington Basin—perfect for special occasions, celebrations, or elevated business dinners. A Lounge Bar on the same floor provides a more relaxed, after-dark atmosphere, with live DJs and curated performances creating a seamless blend of dining, drinking and entertainment.

From its celebrated spot at the heights of Marina Bay Sands in Singapore to locations in Tokyo, Taipei and Dubai, CÉ LA VI is famed for its sky-high luxury. The London opening continues this tradition, bringing the brand’s signature vibrancy and sophistication to a new London audience.
Executive Chef Monchai Ling, whose pedigree includes Hakkasan and Raffles Singapore, leads the kitchen with a menu designed for sharing, featuring bold, seasonal ingredients and a contemporary interpretation of Asian classics. Designed for sharing and social connection, the menu showcases signature dishes such as Miso Seabass with Green Szechuan Sauce and Lobster Noodles with Aromatic Lobster Oil. A dedicated dim sum offering adds a touch of tradition to an otherwise forward-thinking, flavour-driven experience.
The drinks programme will be equally ambitious. Savvas Symeonidis, Head of Wine and certifi ed Sake Samurai, has curated a distinctive list of rare wines and seasonal sakes designed to complement the cuisine. The cocktail list, led by Andrea Kollcaku, Head of Bars, focuses on craftsmanship, showcasing familiar flavours in refined, unexpected ways.

“Bringing CÉ LA VI to London is a milestone for the brand. We’re excited to introduce our unique interpretation of modern Asian dining and elevated nightlife to one of the world’s great cities. London’s spirit of innovation and its appetite for global flavours makes it the perfect home for our next chapter.”
CÉ LA VI London will open in autumn 2025, operating daily from noon till late, offering a new destination for sky-high indulgence, exceptional food and unforgettable experiences right here in Paddington.
