M&S volunteers host their own ‘Community Genius Bar’
A team of digital media whizzes from Marks & Spencer hosted a fantastic "I-Tea" party at local community centre, 60 Penfold Street Hub, on 10 February 2015.
A group of eight enthusiastic volunteers from M&S's Paddington HQ spent a full day with residents and community members, helping them work through their technology snags and hitches.
Elderly guests brought along phones, tablets, laptops or simply their questions and were treated to individual support and troubleshooting alongside a fantastic selection of tea, cakes and finger sandwiches.

From deciding whether or not to purchase a tablet to how to send a text message or email a photograph, M&S volunteers helped each and every one of the 61 participants.
