Advisory Council
The Grand Union BID was established through a ballot of businesses across Paddington in June 2025. This brings Paddington companies alongside landlords to build London’s principal hub of social value activity.
The BID includes approximately 50 companies representing sectors including life sciences, fintech, telecommunications, retail, media and hospitality.
The operation of the BID is overseen by an Advisory Council made up of representatives from companies across Paddington's estates and buildings, varying in size and sector. A 'shadow' Advisory Council met before the close of the BID ballot, to help shape the first year priorities and governance framework:
