Become a Company Member
As required by company law, Grand Union BID levy payers and voluntary subscribers to The Paddington Partnership can apply for company membership. You are not automatically a company member by paying your BID levy or subscription.
If you would like to apply to join the Board of Directors and have the opportunity to vote at general meetings, elect the Board of Directors and shape the BID’s core strategy and expenditure priorities, you will need to become a company member.
You do not need to be a company member to sit on the Advisory Council. The Advisory Council exists to provide independent, informed and representative advice to the Board of Directors and Executive Team. As per our Terms of Reference, Advisory Council members who are not Directors have no voting or legal decision-making powers in relation to the BID, over and above voting in the BID ballot.
If you would like to apply for company membership, please complete the form below. There is no additional cost to becoming a company member. We will review your application on behalf of the Board of Directors and make a decision on your submission. Once accepted as a company member you will receive confirmation via email within 28 days of submission.
If you have any questions prior to completing the company membership application form, please email the team.
