Paddington Over Station Development

Paddington Over Station Development (OSD) will sit above the eastern entrance to Paddington Station, with a prominent canal side entrance. The proposed development is for a 19-storey building with 15 floors of office accommodation and ground floor retail totalling 235,000 sq ft.

A new direct staircase and lift will connect the building at towpath level to Bishop's Bridge Road.

The scheme is a joint venture between Helical and Places for London.

Enabling works will see the removal of the canalside steps to Bishop's Bridge Road and the erection of hoardings. Temporary pedestrian routes will be signed via Paddington Central and Station Bridge.

The scheme is expected to be completed in 2028.
